Domestic use –
The initial connection cost is £150. After that the monthly amount for 1 gigabit speed is £30 inc VAT. (Note: if you invest a minimum of £1500 with B4RN for three years then the connection fee is waived.)

Furnished holiday lettings –
The initial connection cost is £150. After that the monthly amount for 1 gigabit speed is £15 inc VAT.

Distribution of a B4RN connection (eg at a caravan park, glamping pods, lodges etc) –
Base connection is same as domestic use: £30 per month
Each additional user (caravan/lodge/room): £3 per month

Schools – 
Small rural primary schools with fewer than 100 pupils normally receive the service for free. The initial £150 connection still applies, but we will be happy to cover that in the case of Hawkshead Primary.

Places of worship –
Normally places of worship receive the service for free (this applies only to the place itself, not associated residences).

Businesses employing up to 5 people –
The initial connection fee is waived if the business qualifies for a government gigabit voucher. Monthly cost is same as domestic use.

Businesses employing 6 – 15 people –
Monthly cost £60

Businesses employing over 15 people –
Monthly cost £150
